Sometimes cold weather calls for cold wine. Like swigging lagers in a snowstorm, high-tone whites from northern France & Germany bring out a crispness in the air that's refreshing and completely invigorating.
Earlier this week, as the temperatures dropped and the snow fell, the idea of a whiteout occurred. And so, this Saturday we’re popping two whites: a rich & complex field blend from Alsace and a mineral-driven, elegant riesling from the Nahe of Germany.
