After waiting out the hotter months we're geared up to throw another wine party at the Public House. Join us from 5-8pm on Monday, October 22 for Vino Viaggio: Three Italian Terroirs.
Vino Viaggio will feature the regions of Sicily, Friuli, & Emilia-Romagna. We're setting up a station for each region, pouring three wines at each station. There will be whites, reds, oranges, & bubbles. In addition to the wine, Public House is providing snacks.
Like the last couple of events, you'll receive a glass and generous pour of bubbly as you enter the doors. Hold onto your glass from there on and hit each station as you please. Hang out. Make a friend. $30 gets you entry and all the samples. Click Here to Purchase Tickets.
Free wine tastings every Saturday. A calendar of special events. Wine dinners at restaurants & bars across Nashville. Craft beer festivals throughout the year. We are the official title sponsor of the East Nashville Beer Festival and the Winter Warmer. Check back for constantly changing events
Our favorite Australian glass designers are back in Nashville, celebrating the release of their beautiful hand-blown Bourbon glass. Inspired by their 4-day romp around Kentucky & Tennessee last summer, Denver & Liely crafted a gorgeous vessel specifically designed to deliver the aromatics and enhance the drinking experience of Bourbon.
Join Denver & Liely at Nelson’s Green Brier Distillery in Marathon Village Friday, August 17, 7-9pm for an evening of history, insight, & Belle Meade Bourbon. $50 gets you your own Denver & Liely Bourbon Glass (retail $50) and a sample of 5 Bourbons from Belle Meade.

On Monday, June 25 we're taking over the Public House where at 5pm the doors will open for a night of natural wine, snacks, & revelry. All for $30.
Pet-Nat - short for pétillant-naturel - is a natural method of producing bubbly where the juice undergoes one interrupted fermentation (first in tank, then in bottle) instead of one complete fermentation in tank followed by a second - jump-started by the addition of sugar - in bottle.
Although the method has been around for centuries in regions such as the Veneto (where Prosecco is produced), pet-nat is just recently reaching the American consciousness as a trendy, natural alternative to méthode traditionnelle. At Pet-Nat Party we'll be pouring several slightly bubbly wines from the world round.
Pet-Nat Party is a ticketed event, and to insure that the setting feels intimate, we're capping it at 50 heads. Since the Public House is closed to the general public on Mondays, access to the space will be exclusive to those who purchase a ticket.

Belleza Natural is a Spanish wine party geared toward - although certainly not restricted to - industry peoples. On Monday, May 21 we're taking over the Public House where at 5pm the doors will open for a night of natural wine, snacks, & revelry. All for $30.
Over the last several years Spain has emerged as one of the most exciting and fun destinations for natural wine. With producers like Partida Creus begetting wild, energetic juice from obscure varieties such as sumoll & vinyater, their wines are a world away from the reductive & heavily oaked, wines of Spanish yore. We'll have several bottles from Partida Creus open and much more.

Join us at Dino's on Wednesday, May 9 for a pairing that makes so much sense it only took us 10 years to put together. Hot chicken & riesling.
$30 gets you a plate of hot chicken on white bread, fries, and pours of several rieslings. Joining the fun - and bringing the drinks - is Stephen Bitterolf, founder of vom Boden, a small importing company that champions intentional growers who have great respect for the land they tend.
We're capping the event at 25 heads, so if you want in, you'd better hurry. Click Here to purchase your tickets.

Skin Contact is a natty wine party geared toward - although certainly not restricted to - industry peoples. On Monday, April 2 we're taking over the Public House where at 6pm the doors will open for a night of natural wine, snacks, & revelry. $30 gets you in (price includes snacks and several small pours), and it's our hope that you'll embrace the happenin' company and get down with some glou-glou.
We're popping several bottles that exemplify the weird, wild movement that's taken wine by the pulp and ripped it free for all to enjoy, and we're offering you the opportunity to taste and talk about the trend with those who know and love it best. It'll be casual yet exclusive; elegant yet saucy. And to cap the thing off, after everyone gets some juice & raillery in their system, we're bringing down the roof with a dance party.

High and low. It's a great American tradition, bringing together disparate elements and finding beauty in the tension between them. Something to do with our origins, maybe, a people forever reinventing themselves in novel contexts. In that spirit, we're throwing down at Dino's with burgers and Beaujolais. I'd like you to join us.

Win a chance to buy a pair of tickets to the year's most beloved beer festival, the 12 South Winter Warmer! Last year the entire allotment of tickets sold out in under 15 minutes. To give you a chance at beating the mad rush, we're throwing a party and holding a raffle at the Bearded Iris Brewing taproom.
//How it works//
Show up between 5pm and 6pm and get a free raffle ticket. Starting at 6pm we'll pick random winners, who will then be able to purchase tickets to the festival, on the spot.
Cards only, no cash.
We'll also be giving away door prizes, provided by us, Woodland Wine Merchant. Stick around for the end - we're giving away one free pair of tickets to the fest!
In addition, Bearded Iris has just told us they will be releasing a brand new porter for the occasion. If you haven't had their beers, they are killing it. You're in for a treat.
Muscadet does NOT get the love it should. Our response? Buy a TON of ridiculously underpriced wine and drink the f**k out of it. You should to.
To put our $$ where our mouths are, we're throwing down with some seriously dope ass wine from the Sèvre et Maine. Two producers, three cuvées each. Each wine represents either a single vineyard or a single soil type or both. Don't know what I mean when I say single soil type? Exactly. That's why you should come. Because the ever-charming Jon David Headrick (importer of world class wines from the Loire Valley and beyond) will lead us in a little primer on the subject. It's what he does. It's what they do. It's what makes this job so beautiful.
TWENTY BUCKS includes 2-3oz pours of each of the six wines, grazing rights on the selection of cheeses from The Bloomy Rind, and bragging rights when all your friends are talking about Muscadet next year. Like, yo, I've been on that for forever.
